This policy describes what personal data Hexmap collects, why, and how it is handled.
Hexmap is a hobby project operated at hexmap.ordoacerbus.com. Contact: jaq+hexmap@ethelred.org.
Hexmap does not require registration. Only users who log in via OAuth to manage campaigns provide personal data. We receive the following from your chosen provider:

We do not request access to your messages, contacts, or any other account data.
Your data is used solely to:
We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose.
Profile data (user ID, username/email) is stored in a private database. Authentication is handled via short-lived JWT tokens. The service is operated on private infrastructure and data is not shared with any third party.
Your data is retained for as long as you have an account on the service. To request deletion, contact us at jaq+hexmap@ethelred.org.
When you log in, you are redirected to Discord or Google. Their own privacy policies govern how they handle your data during the login flow.
